ETA:  Just adding, points apparently do not matter.  As long as you finish the game, the hat will award.   :)

A special treat for all you Pyrotechnicians out there!  
The Fourth of July Fireworks Game is awarding a special Fourth of July 2011 Glow Star Hat to everyone putting on a complete firework show!
