This package can be found in your inventory, not clothing.  Then you set it down and unwrap it.  Then it moves to the "hanger".

I am so glad I came on today because the household has been ill and haven't been on in about a week time.  I was about to go to bed early when I saw this here.  I better go get my soccer ball hat.  GOALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL!  :soccer:  :laugh2:
