1/14 Host Hunt - Deluxe

In-Game Blast:

Today's HOST Hunt Deluxe will be hosted by:

- HOST_Firefly
- HOST_Hawk

Be the first to say the magic words when you find the host, to receive the host award!

- For HOST_Firefly, the magic words are: firefly sparkle!

- For HOST_Hawk, the magic words are: hawk's are terrific!

The magic words have to be said exactly, in order to receive the award!


Watch the in-game HOST Alerts, as the magic words may change during the Deluxe HOST Hunt!

Good luck on the Deluxe HOST Hunt!



EDIT:  ok, yep I'm going to complain - Sorry.  Apparently, VFK changed just a teeney-tiny thing to the phrase you have to say above ^^   And, believe me the Host WILL NOT HELP YOU if you get it wrong.  So yeah after playing this event for almost 2 hours and trying to win... this is what happens.  ugh!

I didn't pay attention to the fact that VFK took our the (') in HAWKS apparently -- when?  I have no idea.  The blast said WORDS MAY CHANGE.  NOT PUNCTUATION!  Hawk came in, I said the phrase as VFK TOLD US.  And it wouldn't award.  It was just him and I in a room nobody else.  He said.  "Thanks".  I said "what's wrong with the phrase, I didn't get a pop-up that it had changed"  Which I really didn't.  He said "Check the Homepage".  Well in the meantime, of course someone else came in and won, while I'm doing as I was told.    

Good Luck to all still playing, I'm done.  I just wanted you to be aware of the change, if you are participating.  Because this is NOT what was broadcast to us in game and I for one never got another pop-up.  Hugs!

OMG!  Ok...this takes the award for 'suckiest hunt'  :bm:  We had BLECH luck tonight, harassment problems (so bad that I had to send a...um...terse message to staff...), spamming out the wazoo, etc. etc.  This was UGH!  I CANNOT BELIEVE THEY CHANGED THAT LINE!  We never saw it!  AND we wondered why they were using bad punctuation?!  That might explain why we didn't win, either!  Sigh.  I swear...  :uhuh2:

Sorry you guys.  Thank you at least for sharing that you didn't see it either, and I'm not the only one. 

I also wondered why in the heck there was an apostrophe in the phrase... but thought okay, whatever.  I'll say whatever they want me to say! 

Thanks for the giggle, I sooooooo need it tonight.   :bighug:

btw:  I have yet to even see a final blast.  So is it over, did I miss that blast too while staying logged in, afk?    :rofl1:

I didn't get that blast either, even though I had not changed my "host notifications option" in game.  So odd!    :(
