First, thanks to Flame for posting this here so quickly once the event began!

If they are not going to update the calendar for the week or even in the morning, it seems we need to rely on each other for this information. King checked here after having an inkling there might be something tonight and because of your post, Flame, we were able to actually hop on and get into the room!

Second, I want to apologize for ranting about the lack of calendar updates after Saturday's event. It is not like me to get so upset over the little things. I was actually trying to deal with all of this stuff with my knee/leg without taking the pain meds I was given. I know, I know... So, I am now taking something for the pain and it has really helped. I am actually finding my knee improving some, so hopefully it is healing on its own. Again, I do not want and did not intend to steal anyone's joy who was able to get in and win. I, personally, love teleporter events. I love the whole process - choosing a porter, riding through, etc. I am very glad to see they are trying to have many of these. Personally, if they did almost all porter events with a sprinkling of Host Hunts for all of the same prize, I'd be thrilled!
Third, I wanted to share something that worked for us in regards to the queue. Lisu, I understand your frustration. It seems like they are only filling the queue up a small amount at a time. Because entering the queue is random, others can get in before you just by chance. Our son got in really quickly tonight by not allowing the queue to just automatically check his position for him. He would click "Cancel" on the "Queue Full" message and then hit "Enter Room" over and over, probably once every second. By doing this, he was checking the queue 20 times for each time our queues were checking automatically. He got in within 5 minutes doing this.
King and I tried it next and both of us were able to get in after only about 5-10 minutes of clicking. Not sure if this makes sense. I can clarify if needed, but this is just a tip that seemed to work consistently for us tonight. There is still chance involved, but it seemed to up the probability of getting into the room. Maybe this will help some of us at future queue events!
