Just signed into game...an Event going on now for about 45 minutes longer.  Queue system is really strange, as I got in right away and won.       Anyway... Good Luck to All!

Doesn't help to check in the morning, as the event calendar usually updates just after I log off. I'm not worried about missing this one though as it being an Easter item, there is a really good chance I'll get another try.

till later. Actually i remember one host event that never even got posted.

From what I heard, it wasn't posted on the Event Calendar until it started. ROFL.  Convenient.

We were not online all day today. I am really disappointed in the lack of use of the event calendar. I don't agree at all with the whole line of thinking about having some events that are a "surprise". Any other games that we have seen and played (who had any success) will announce events so players can plan for them. Expecting players to sit at the computer almost non-stop is not good for player morale and doesn't promote any kind of healthy balance in life.

We feel we know some folks behind the scenes from conversations and interactions enough to know that the folks at VFK really care about the people behind the avatars. This kind of thing goes against the family values I know they want to support. I am sure there will be more time to play and get the cute little bunny sign, that is not my issue at all. It just saddens me to see them doing something that could be easily remedied and make players feel like they don't have to live and breathe the game.

On a positive note - thanks for posting the pic and info., Astro. What a cute sign. One of my favorite Easter decorations so far.

I am sooooooooooooooooooo furious with this event thing.  I didn't see it posted in the event listings so I went to the store because I only came on to see if the new ball clothes were out yet in Autumn Imports.  They weren't so I was about to log off when I got a message saying the Host Event was starting so my mom and I got in line for it.  I didn't do anything else with the computer because we didn't want to crash and I waited in line ALL DAY LONG and never got in.  As soon as the listing appeared I tried to get into the room and it was ALREADY full so I had it check it all night and nothing.  I am sorry, but I think if I was trying to get in since the thing started that I should of gone in at some point and so should my mom, but alas neither of us got in.  I don't think that is fair, but they probably took all the members before I could get in cause they still look for members in the Host Hunts (the same people that win the game over and over again)!  I don't think it's random at all, I think they just tell us that so we can believe them and take their word for it.

Hugs my friend!  Yup, I know its only a game, but it just annoys me when I could of been doing other things with my crappy computer then waiting on them all day long.  Oh well, what's past is past until the next time it happens.  LOL!

Sorry, to hear you couldn't get in either.
