5/22 Host Hunt REVERSE & REGULAR

Been told in game a Hunt is going on right now.  I just signed on.  Apparently, Reverse and normal in Public Rooms.  Good Luck to All!  Not sure how long this has been going on.

I think she is referring to Host Harmony is visiting random rooms, first in that room to say the phrase wins.
Her announcement said she would not be sending out blasts for each winner, only at end. Which I do appreciate as it gets old to have those popup when you are trying to do something else like a quest. But I think she needs to do another announcement about game going on.

For the first time ever, I actually quit the Hunt and closed the computer from the stress and confusion. Think Harmony was experimenting with a new way of playing the hunt, which is no problem. But I became so confused with it. I waited for over 2 hours in one room with no show and once a while the messages popping up. Even when I began to walk around, I did not see many people around, except on the maps and I was actually quite bored! A first for me for the hunt.  :cry:

Awww, you're not alone.  I had no idea what was going on either.  It seemed very unorganized to me...though maybe that's how it is normally?  I wouldn't know.   :lolg:

I guess she was in both Public Rooms throughout VFK and also in Private Guest Rooms (player owned rooms).   :??:

 :drinkingtoast: :drinkingtoast2: Sending some relaxation potion to everyone who participated in the hunt. I had an appointment this afternoon and we had free ballgame tickets tonight, so we missed out on the "fun".  :lolg:

On a good note, the Reds beat the Indians 3-1, so it was a great game!  :wavet:

It was a first for me too, Pix.  I went to the scavenger hunt instead!  Complete waste of time to sit around for who-knows-how-long for the incredibly slight chance that Harmony will choose to visit the space I'm occupying.  Blech. 

Won the new visor on the hunt earlier.  Come to find out she 'gifted' special pins (non-tradeable) to people she visited during that second half!!  Blech x 100. 

Hardly any notifications all the while.  People all wondering if the 'hunt' was still on.  Needless to say...I was not pleased with the second half of the hunt.

I rarely do Host Hunts due to lag, freeze up, can't say anything in time it seems.  :P

So, didn't really try yesterday; saw it started already today - good time for me to do those errands.

Hopefully, I can do any new quests and Scavenger Hunts  today before I leave for an overnight trip. Leaving around dinner time Sat and returning late night on Sunday.

Helping older kid put new sheetrock ceiling up -- screws for sheetrock--$5; gas for trip there & back - $40; Hotel for night - $100; seeing our oldest and grandkids - priceless.    :bighug:

Lol.  Putting up sheetrock on the ceiling is major blech, Fun.  Sounds like it's well worth the money and trouble though :)  (hugs)
