Possible explanation for the long pauses during Host Hunts

I'm beginning to think that the reason for long pauses between rounds during the Host Hunts is mainly the fault of........................Harmony's computer.

On more than one occasion (including the last hunt), she has complained about crashing during the hunt...and if I remember correctly, she posted something to that effect in a popup a while back during the host hunt.  Granted there are times when she does talk to people for a few minutes...but I'm thinking that her computer has a nasty habit of crashing during the hunt.

The prizes are automatically awarded now, and there is only one chat bubble clearly showing the winner...so we can safely remove those 2 former sticking points from the equation:  yet the new system doesn't seem to speed up the hunt much at all.

Just my personal opinion based on what I've seen and heard.

Anyone else have any other thoughts behind the long gaps in between some rounds?

I think they go on lunch/dinner breaks as well if the hunt runs for along time.  During the Easter Host Game before the night one Phinny was saying she was going to go out to dinner and then when she came back she would have the second host game for the night.

Well, all we need to do is gather some money and purchase Harmony a brand new laptop! :notme:
