Ok, so I hadn't written to VFK in a few days cause I was starting to lose hope, but today I had some free time and thought I would drop another line in the help message.  I waited and waited and waited :wait: some more and nothing happened so I finally closed out my person.  Now I signed back on to do the maze and still nothing, but after closing it out and opening it up again there was a message that I got my item and sure enough I had my magic.  Yay, I am so happy!  :yes!:  :clap:

That's good new Kim!  Glad you kept on them about it :)

I wouldn't worry about anything going lost.  Wouldn't hurt to keep an eye on your inventory, though.  I haven't heard from Pix whether or not her situation was resolved by staff or not.  I'll have to ask her.

Sadly, I still have yet to receive my missing pots of gold and now have to add missing eggs... I highly doubt it now I will get them... however, will try and do a call instead of a Help message. ;)
