New Year's Party, Evening Wear & Fireworks

There's a New Years party in the Victorian Mansion going on right now.  Gowns are for sale in Autumn Imports--pink and green for everyone and blue and red for members.  I guess there was an in-game message that popped up a little while ago.

ETA: can go out on balcony from this room and see fireworks
