Haunted Mansion Hunt Mission

Has anyone else done this mission?  I am stuck in the graveyard at the end.  You have to set symbols up and the gates are supposed to open and I imagine I am supposed to teleport through the crypt... but I cannot get it to work.  Can anyone tell me the secret to being able to do this?   :sos:

Kat is that the one with the ring in the middle of the graveyard and the door is behind it?  If that is the one go to the stones on the wall on the left side and put in fire, skull and then two wave lines that look like water.  Make sure they are all turned on and the gate will open up for you.  I hope this helps you out.

The one I am doing has two crypts behind gates.  You have to do two sets of stones (bird, bug, hand and fire, star, dizzy).  I can get the gates to open but then nothing happens.   :??:

No problem!  Thanks for trying!  :hug:

edited to add:  I decided to just cancel the mission and start over and I was able to finish it.  I messed up one of the tasks and that is why I couldn't finish.   :doh:   :laugh2:

Getting the keys set the way you mentioned, is the last task.  There is no more after that.  So you had done it correctly.

But as you said, having missed a task along the way is what hindered you.  (I enjoyed that mission, except I had trouble where you have to say the word after reading 5 cards.  I could type the word in, but it never displayed on the screen!  I finally went to dreamtulip who was on, found that my typing did show up there, and as I told her my problem, I said the word... and it tripped the task!  I had to fly back to the room to try to get to the gate and teleport before it closed again :lolg: )

I tripped up on the 5 candles with Madame Leota.  I guess I clicked on a candle and heard a ding and at that point saw the gate open... but it must have been opened by someone else.  I transported to the room and was trying to do the symbols without really being on that task yet.   :doh:  Dont you just hate when stuff like that happens?   :lolp:
