Put the same email in parent contact and the email field.

Hugs, I had issues figuring it all out too.  First I had to change my password even though I am alomst positive I had it right.  You have to type the same email in the top and bottom box.  At first I was putting a name in the top box and then an email under it.  Good luck :)

Elf Island first voyage issues

If you are having difficulty getting in on your first try post here.

I have been able to get in my daughter and an alternate character I made a child but as an adult i received no verification e-mail an can't get in, same for my DW - I did get an email saying I changed my password. do we have a contact for correcting issues?

Very strange.. I admitted from day 1 in pre-registration exactly how old I am.  So I filled that in, and DID get a parent verification email as an adult!  :hmmmm:

Click on the Scroll, bottom left of your screen (That's like your Map).  Many places to explore!  :)
