I posted this under the other Members Specials thread but decided more people would see it here.  Someone in the Haunted House announced that members specials could now be bought by anyone.  I checked it out with my secondary character, and though I didn't actually make the purchase, I did get to the point where it asked if I was sure I wanted to buy.  So this appears to be true!  Not sure how long they will be there so go get 'em!

Not for me.  I tried to buy the witch hat..

Hmmmm...that's weird.  The items didn't even show up for non-members before.  And though I did buy a month on my main character, "family" members like my secondary were not able to buy.  Maybe that's what they did--just added the privilege to the family members.  Or maybe it was just a temporary glitch.  Either way, sorry to get everybody's hopes up.

No problem for me, I can live without it.

While I was posting, and then back into game, two strangers, a member and a family member both tried to trade me a hat.  Both said they could not see the witch hat in the trade window with me, to select it.

Very sweet of them to try though!

Aww duck.he we were hoping they might come out with a pink witch hat just for you - wink wink.  We have extras of these items in case anyone joins a family or they become available.
