VFK Celebrates Constitution Day!
Starts 7:00 AM Pacific Time, Wednesday, September 17th, 2008

Today is Constitution Day, and on this day in 1787, the Constitution of the United States was signed by the U.S. Constitutional Convention.

The United States constitution is the oldest written constitution in the world, and the basis for free societies everywhere.

In celebration of the 221st anniversary of the constitution, we are releasing for a limited time an historically accurate Uncle Sam hat!

You will find it in the Specials section of the Western Mercantile!

Looks like a white top hat with a blue base around the brim with white stars, pretty neat.  Also, costs 1,000 credits. 
I would do a picture, but I have to run to class, so if someone else can, that would be awesome.

I saw that this morning in the shop but didnt know if it was new, thanks!

Looks like the hat is gone already. Anyone get an extra for trading? Things disappear too quickly in this game. I miss VMK. VFK just isn't the same.

I have an extra for you once we are able to trade clothing. Don't be discouraged  - most things have stayed in game so far for the entire Beta period. The only exception was the red beach ball. I think after the fallout from taking that away without warning, they realized that was one part of VMK most of us didn't want to see repeated. Ever since then, all items have remained in the game for sale.

Once clothing can be traded, we can get together and I have a hat for you.
