Astro got her password change to work using this link given to her by VFK. I'm adding it here in case anyone may need a password change. Thanks for this important information Astro!

I'm not sure if this is old news or not?  But, I just noticed this link today.  Furthermore, it doesn't work.      If anyone else has any information on this link, please post.  I tried the link, and never got an email in my message box.  Also, I was still able to log my character in question ~ into VFK.  So, there is no putting a stop on a character either, if you try and request either a change in password, or if you forgot your password.  Screen shots below:

I also tried again today.. thought it might work with the new registration page out.  No luck.  Still doesn't work for me either.  It says that it went through on VFK (exactly like the #3 screen shot above), but nothing in my email or spam.  Very confused on why this doesn't work.

Well, slowly maybe this Link will actually work someday.   

I did finally get an email message with a link to click in my email.  However, the link still doesn't work.  Below is what I get, if I try and use the link in the email.  Boo.

Just another update:  Princess, I took your advice and did use the Help button to report that this link is still not working.

I just find it frustrating, as this is something that I have been trying to do for months, and haven't been able to get a hold of anyone at VFK either by phone or email.

So, VFK_Vintage got back to me very quickly.  She used the Instant Messaging in-game feature to talk to me about this.  She took the time to Thank me for reporting this problem, and said that she is passing it along to the developers.

In the mean time, she said to use the following email address to ask for help in changing passwords:  support@virtualfamilykingdom.com.   I have sent another email, we'll see what happens.

This is great to hear Astro! Until we know for sure that the sign in "password change" is working correctly, I am going to add the link they gave you to your first post for others to see. Thanks for following up with this for all of us. You rock gf.

Thanks girls!   

and a Big Thank-You to Princess    for the suggestion on using the Help button.  It was soooooo taboo in VMK, so I, like many others, were very leary on using it.  It's nice to know that it does get immediate attention from Staff, and they do appreciate the heads up when things in the game are not working correctly.
