Hi, 

I am trying to connect to Gaia and I am not able (11:00 AM EDT).  I wrote my username and my password as usual.  The software refreshed the page and asked again for my username and password and so on.  I don't know if it is only my account.  Do you have this problem too ?  Thanks!

Hi JojoMin,  Welcome. 

I have had a few times this week where page not available comes up and I just have to wait a bit and it is usually fine. Does it come up with a message in red that you put in the wrong info?  If so they say repeted incorrect attempts will result in an IP BAN so be carefull.   If after a few tries you are still having issues, you might want to contact them under - forgot your log in.  I occationaly forget which e-mail I used for what so, double check that and your Cap locks. Otherwise....Hmm trying right now and it kicks me to Whoops! You must log in or sign up. Is this what your getting?  Thats new and could be an issue.

ETA:  I have another character registered I was able to log in and then when I logged out and tried myself I was able to get in, If you have multiple players in the house, try another character and then go back to yours.

Yes, I am getting always:  You must log in or sign up.  They didn't tell me that I put the wrong info.  Only asking for my info again and again.
