But I'll take a shot at it too.. I think it is just a concept easier to understand, than being in techie talk.  VFK, and Virtual Cornucopia, are considered "parent" boards.  While the boards that fall inside them: "spoilers" "events and items", "birthdays", "jokes", "political", etc. are titled "child" boards, because they "belong" to the parent board.  (or as simple as, "you have to make an extra click to get into them?"  :lolg:)

I just thought it was funny because the history of this board. We were all trying to run away from the childish behaviour thus  we can all be found to be found on the child board every day  :rofl1:
