VFK New items 6/20

Copied this over from Adventuredaz, on Day 30, as the rooms are new items.


There are some new things as I did the quest I noticed. 

New room list yours/friends/popular


Land office - under shop
               - four rooms for sale




room description is active




above is the console to change room info.
-the features such as password and exclude everybody are not yet active
-people you boot can return immediately
