Our first VFK quest tomorrow!  Taken from the homepage:

SURFS UP SUMMER FUN QUEST
Saturday, June 14th, 2007

 
Our first quest! Cowabunga! This month is the beginning of summer, and what better way to welcome in the warm weather than with a few days at the beach surfing! To hit the surf, you need some basic equipment like maybe a... surfboard.

To get your great new VFK designer surf board, you have to go on a quest to find it. I'd like to say that it will be totally easy, but what is the point of a quest if you don't have a bit of a challenge? Your brand new surfboard is just waiting for you to "hang ten" at the end of your journey around the kingdom.

Go on the Surfs Up Summer Fun Quest and complete all the tasks as they come up. You will then be all set to hit the beach. I haven't found the beach yet, but I for one like to be prepared, and you just never know what's going to happen around here.

Awww hugs Days.  There are still green, blue and yellow bouncing beach balls around. Maybe the red ones were defective or painted with lead paint so they had to pull them from shelves...  Well, just a thought ... hugs.

Double sigh.  In a game where VERY little changes day to day, the only way to earn credits is a memory test, to release an item for 1 day.....?  really?

Ummm...still nope. I don't have enough credits to get a single beach ball ROFL. Now that's sad. Let's just say that Happy did it!

  Sorry guys - no extra beach balls here. I wish I could say I did - but I, too, was scrambling this morning to make sure my kids each had one. I heard what monkey heard also that the ball was actually not supposed to be pulled.

I think if we all have things we want to see or don't want to see, we should call them or use contact us. They want to know what the community wants. Maybe they are not aware that this pulling items with no warning was something that frustrated many of us with VMK. We actually intend to call them tomorrow if the infamous "red beach ball" is not back and want to explain to them what many of us feel about that. I truly believe they want to know.

Not sure if I will have time to complete it tonight.  There is a quest button on the far right of the tool bar.
The first task is a multiple choice question...Where were surf boards invented.  The second task sends me to Stonehendge.
