Is anyone here interested in having a thread where we trade dream for dream?  I noticed someone on DIS started one, but nobody over there is responding, however there seem to be plenty of people offering dream items for as much rare as they can cram in their little virtual closets.    Am I the one dreaming to think that trading dream for dream is fair?  I don't even know if there is any rhyme or reason to how these items are being awarded, are some more rare than others?  So far from two ebay accounts (mine and Prop's) I have gotten a total of two codes, and both for pins. Those both came on my account, not his.  I did read about how to completely log out.. clear cache, etc to enter under another account, but I'm beginning to think this is one per household.

Anyway.. back to the point of this thread.  Anyone else interested in trading dream for dream, what is the general opinion?  All I have available right now is the pin.

Sounds good to me too!  Matter of fact I just did that with one of our newer members last night!  DisKatDisKat had too many pins and wanted a shirt, I had 3 shirts and a forum member friend who wanted a pin desperately.

So DisKat got her shirt, I got the pin, and as soon as my forum friend next gets on game, she will have a nice surprise!  (It's okay Decoy, I still have yet another shirt for when you get something ~hug~)

I agree that this is a good way to handle things.  As soon as the 10 days are up and I know what I have, I'd be glad to get in on swapping here - I think I have reached my limit on what I can deal with trading on Dis.

It is definitely NOT one per household - my hubby and I both have eBay accounts and are getting codes from both.  I use Netscape to log into mine and Firefox to log into his to keep the cookies separate.  Maybe that would help..  Just my way of doing things.

I finally got a code on hubby's ebay account yesterday, so hopefully that will continue.  I think waiting until all the codes are given then posting here is a great idea.  I'm glad that there is some interest.

It will be great to be able to make "reasonable" 1 for 1 trades for a change.

So much nicer than, "Dude!!! I will give it to you for like four rooms of rare!!!"

Yes, I was going to wait until after all the codes were issued, then see if I'm still missing some items.  Then list my extras to trade for
stuff I don't have or might want more.   There are certain people who have been listing trade and it makes me want to hurl when I see
what they want for their Dreams items.  Or post in ways that make me question their ethics.  (I got myself in trouble with someone while being
a bit snarky about that.)

No it is not one per household.  Yes that is correct you have to clear out.  I have multiple.  The way I have been clearing out is I click the log out link under the confirmation after entering the answers.  Then I "x" out of the window.  I load up another window and log back into ebay.  It may be more work than necessary, but I am doing it to make sure I get the codes.  BTW, I use IE

OK, as everyone else, I am stuck with the TD magic but I do have a few extra pins and shirts, will accept any dream item or if you offer something else I will consider.  I like to keep the pins because God knows I need them (getting close to 1000 now) Main thought here is if you did not get them and wanted one, I am open to a trade.

1 - Castle Turret

As I am trying to complete a set for DD (SJPGirl) and still need:

1 - Pirate Turret
1 - Captain Hook Chair (Ship)
1 - Shirt

I will be happy to trade the turret for any one of those, and any other two items you deem fair for the other two.
