VFK National Relaxation Day Quest 2016 !
7:00 A.M. Pacific Time Sunday, August 14th, 2016 to 10:00 P.M. Pacific Time Monday, August 15th, 2016.

Monday is National Relaxation Day! The day doesn't really sound like a serious holiday, in fact it started out as "National Slacker Day" in the UK before coming to the US! But actually, Relaxation Day should be taken very seriously! Relaxation is essential to your health and general well being. So today, try very hard all day to keep from being anxious, or stressed, or even panicked! Try to spend a whole day just doing relaxing things. On today's quest, don't hurry, or rush, but just sort of stroll along while we take a look at how to relax on National Relaxation Day!
