Welcome to The VFK Sundial Quest 2016!

Time for us, is all about the sun and where we are in relation to it!  We have needed to know the time of day for thousands of years, and the most logical "clock" is using the sun itself, or rather, the shadow it casts!  Ancient peoples expanded their tracking of the time of day to also tracking seasons, equinoxes and solstices.  The sundial, considered one of the oldest scientific instruments, operates on the principle that the shadow of an object changes in a predictable way as the sun travels across the sky from sunrise to sunset.  On our sunshiny quest today, let's look at the history of the sundial! 

Your reward for completing this quest will be 1,000 credits, and a Fairy Garden Sundial!
