Evergreen trees that keep their rich green color all year, have long been used as a symbol of Christmas! When you select a Christmas tree, you often have the choice of Noble fir, Spruce and Fraser, as well as cedar and hemlock. The leaves on these evergreen trees are thin needles, which maintain the bright hues of summer amidst the white of a snowy winter backdrop. For our quest today, let's look at the tradition of our favorite Christmas icon, the Christmas tree!
