** Most likely.. daily events will be posted right before Event time.  Keep checking the VFK in-game calendar for updates of Events, for your specific time zone.
Also check the "Events" tab under your Room List (House Button) just in case they don't post it on the Calendar**

edit update:  gives you stocking which can be opened (like with packages from hat day; or like withparty favors)......  Once opened, stocking is gone but gifts are in it's place.  so be sure to get some extras to have both!
