I, on the other hand, NEVER say other sites there    No wonder that VMK/VFK friend never responded when I was asking if  he signed up for Elf Island...


Oh yes, forgot to mention, sometimes the entire sentence will not show up for the "listening" person.... ie,
          was fun to see with 2 screens up:

"what land will come next?"  did not show anything in sentence on the screen for Listeners
"what lands will come next?"  did show entire sentence
"elves" or "elves is here" did show
"elf" does not show

"elves is.lands" and "elves is lands" did not show either
"is land available" did not show
"elves i lands" did show

Well, everyone might want to be careful in "testing" what can be said. When we saw Astro's post this morning, King and I hopped on to see exactly what could be said and what could not.  I was just putting in phrases, including second life, which did show up in chat. We went on to get a little sleep and I planned on hopping on this afternoon to suggest they add the phrase "second life" to the list of phrases filtered out. When I hopped in game this evening, there was a warning message about third party sites. I did commend them for monitoring what was being said in game so well, even at 5am - and let them know that "second life" should be a no-no phrase also.

Just don't want anyone having any problems because we are all testing the chat. Here is a pic of the warning. (yes, you know I had to add a picture  )

Aww, hugs everybody!  I don't think anyone is going to get banned for testing words, I think this is probably a new automatic message that is being sent if they catch a phrase come up in chat. I mean, I did say "second life" which I'm sure popped up on their radar immediately.  We actually got a good chuckle over it here - so no worries. I did make the "third party" issue into a sticky for now, because it is not really listed anywhere in the VFK Constitution.

OK, so now that this is over, any bridges out there we can block?
