Unfortunately, due to circumstances outside of our control, part of our server cluster experienced technical problems earlier today. To get things running again we have had to move a number of our servers around which will take us several hours to setup and configure properly. Our current estimated time for getting SmallWorlds back online is around 10pm SWT (9pm EST).
We know that many of you will be concerned about completing your loyalty challenge this week. Don't worry, everyone will be credited as having completed their loyalty challenge for today (we will run an update for this in the next few days).
