Fin says ignore the calander. They will not be following it - interpreted there will be no events.  She said they will be visiting the players these final weeks kind of reverse stalk the host.

That is what I had heard, and posted that here.  But then the calendar came out.   :wtf?: 

Maybe the hosts are on their own strike/protest and so are going to have fun instead of running games and quests?  If so, :cheerleader: go Hosts!  :clapping:

Well, we saw the first of the deviations from the calendar tonight with the cancellation of the Pirate and Princess thing (which is not really an loss, IMO.  :lolg: ).  Still it's sad to see the calendar with the listed events ending on the 21st!  :waveb:

From what I could tell it seems to be they made a decision as a group and I can't blame them.  They have to Moderate but they too are saddened by the close and want to spend a few moments saying goodbye and making some memories.  I could be wrong but if it was VMK's decision I doubt they would have posted the calander.  In reality it is nice to play with the TD magic but your really not getting anything and at this point you can't keep it but saying goodbye is kind of priceless.  I had the opportunity to speak with several hosts and saw a few other staff last night so it was nice - you neve know now when the last time you may see them is now.

I was just with Phinny in Fantasyland Courtyard, (dumbo duck didn't think to get pics) but I asked outright, if they were going to host the events, or just fight it and have fun.

She did not say she/they were fighting it, but she did say they are just going to have fun visiting us, and playing with us.

So.. guess that shoves those new dictionary words back up VMK's :wedgie2: as the staff is not going to do events!  Again I say  :clapping: GO STAFF!!

I agree, I am happy that Staff has decided it's time to "play" how they wish to in VMK's final weeks.  Yay for them!

More Rumors Today

Today new rumors (from Lily) are circulating that events will resume tonight. 

I guess we shall see. Either they decided wandering around they will alway see the same people or they got in trouble or who knows.

ETA: Damn those rumors...right again.

Am I the only one that doesn't like the Idea of the hosts wondering around?  I NEVER see them, the only way for me to see them to say "Hi" atleast is thru waiting in line.

They have basicly resumed the schedule at least in the evening fantasy.  I like the staff wandering around because it is moore like it used to be. You see staff you talk to them briefly like the rest of your friends then they move on.
