The Cozy Christmas Cottage and Snowy River Dale Rooms arrive at the land office button on Sat Dec 14  6:30pm- 7pm east time

Under Land Office in Shop Button:

Snowy River Dale - 2,000 credits

   ( A peaceful secluded dale with a enchanting winter atmosphere! )

          (exit of room is on the Bridge and goes to Balta St)

    (  A cozy cottage filled with cheer prefect for any Christmas gathering!

To start the fireplace, say "fireplace on" . to turn it off, say "fireplace off".  )
