Just a side note on these quests. Previous quests I believe did timing differently, I could be wrong.
I noticed that it must be timed from the hour you completed your previous quest as to when you can do the next day quest.
Last night I completed Day 2 quest but I did it after 8pm - so Day 3 is giving me message that "I am too weary...and need to rest" Guessing I'll have to wait until after 8pm again today.
So, if you are getting this message when you try to open the quest; try again after the time you completed the prior day. Now I'll have to note my clock time :P

If you recall, I had mentioned that had happened to me yesterday, when I went to do them in the morning, and had done the first day after 9 pm the first day. Very frustrating.
However, I tried another character today, and he was fine to go do the quest this morning! So hopefully, it is just a glitch and you will be fine tomorrow.
