It's out, purchase at Merlin's.  uh, I don't even know what to comment about this, lol.  Here ya go:


You must have completed the Epic Quest for Twilight Enchantment to be able to purchase and wear the new Bone Chilling outfit for Wolves!   You cannot even view to purchase in the shop, if you don't have the Enchantment.
