This ride event continues on Sunday at 12 noon to 2 pm, and Monday at 7 pm to 9 pm (Eastern Times)

Man, I got so many black screens during this event that I still haven't gotten the prizes from it.  I wrote help messages and even emailed them, but still nothing.  Also, Flame, when I call them I either get an answering machine saying they will call back, but they don't or they say they are not open yet when VFK is open.  Any suggestions on when I should call them?  Thanks!

I found that around 11pm EST is the 'sweet spot' time for me to call ;)  I never leave messages.  Waste of time.  I have fair success with help reports.  It's inconsistent, though.  GL!

Dancing and Dreaming had messaged me after I said I never got my stuff and they were going to give me their extra things, but since the post I haven't even seen them in the game like I use too.  I guess I got my hopes up to high.  :cry:
