Hey! I just went to check on the noon-time puzzle and instead of being the word mix-up type, it's the traditional cross-word. Not too many winners on there yet, so I don't think it's a new lamp (plus, have not seen any notice anywhere of a new lamp).
Wonder if someone just messed up, or if they are making the puzzles all traditional now :hmmmm:. I never check the early morning one, so have no idea if that was different or not.

LOL. To add to the confusion, the puzzle tonight was Word Mix...instead of traditional crossword. :hmm:

I know that there were others who sent in HELP Reports as well. I guess rather than answer us, they just went ahead and fixed the issue -- the puzzles are back to normal today. I guess they figured since we would see them fixed, we have our answer. I saw someone post an interesting line over on another place: "VFK is run like a hobby and not like a business". I think this is so true! I think all of us would agree that this is NO WAY to properly run a business.
Oh well, it's VFK, love it or leave it I guess. If they have not changed in 2.5 years. they aint gonna.

(hugs) Fun. I know what you mean.
Anyone wanting to see how a business should be run, take a look at SW. They don't do everything right...but they sure have the pulse of the player and respond to help reports extremely quickly. They are out to satisfy the players...and it's obvious. They don't hide things. If they make a mistake, they say it. If they can't do something on time, they explain why. They are active in their own forums, for Pete sake!
VFK seems to be out to ignore the player (except for a certain few, maybe)...and it will cost them if they continue down that road.
