Title: Icetastic!

Icetastic is now open!  It is super cute.  To get there: go to the Space Age tab and then you will see a new set of tabs at the top, including Icetastic (also Faerie Age, Merfolk Age, Splashtastic! and Open Road)!  In Icetastic there are 5 "rooms" on the map, including a shop with ice skates in stock already.  You can skate on the ice and it looks nice.  You can use arrows to spin and go backwards.  I want to play hockey now, hint hint for a new minigame VFK?! lol

ETA- It now says "Epic Ages" where the Space Age tab originally was on the main map.  Space Age is now on the 2nd map.

***Note - to be able to go on the ice at both rinks, you must be wearing ice skates.

Very nicely done VFK.

Use Shift Key and mouse click to skate backwards.

Use Arrow right and/ or left arrow to spin

Up arrow also

Thanks for the skating tips Fun and for the original post Dream!  :bighug: This is a beautiful new area. The ice skating is so realistic looking. Two thumbs way up from our family - heck, two whole hands up!  :2thunbs: :dance2:

The larger ice rink is one of those types of rooms that moves as you do, similar to the newer football rooms and the paddock rooms for horses. I also ran into Flame and a few others in the lodge room - that room is so realistic and cozy, you can almost taste the hot chocolate and smell the logs on the fire. Wow!

princessmadiro LOVES it!!! She needs some help to do the toe loop jumps but she can skate now. :clapping: She was so excited!!!

Today when I exited the store in bottom right corner it took me back to outside entrance.

But when I exited the store in top right doorway it took me to the Lodge.

Did they change this from the first day?

I love doing my toe loops... lol Now if I can do the spinning and the triple axal, all will be well...
