Thanks to the both of ye!  I haven't even done the quest yet ROFL.  No time, so I just started all my people.  I hope it's nice... :sur:

I see a trend of the neon lights so far.  Interesting.  Lots of thought and effort put into these quest items for sure.   :thumb:
