DO NOT! I repeat DO NOT put everything you own back in your inventory. apparently there is a limit. I put all my stuff to see what I had and what I could get rid of, and guess what? Now I have nothing!!!! I wrote in for help but still no answer.

Hopefully it is just a lag-type issue, too much to load and show. Hope they get back to you soon.

Thanks for your report.Please try to clean your browser's cache, if that doesn't work you can try changing from the browser that you are currently on, like firefox, to another one like IE.VFK Staff
I have since cleaned everything, rebooted computer twice, and nothing. I have written two more times here is my letter
Please help me, I put all my furniture in my inventory to see what I had and now it is all gone. I wrote in and was told to clean cache, I have done that plus rebooted computer and logged in again several times. I use IE. Please help me.
as of yet many hours later still no reply. :'( :bm: :td: :sos: :cry:

Vintage came to my room and has the developers working on my inventory problem, don't know how long they will take but at least someone is looking into it. I will keep you updated of any further news.

Oh My! Thank you for alerting us to this issue. I'm so sorry this happened, and I hope it's resolved soon.
There is an inventory limit. Let me try and find the thread and put it here, just so we know for future reference too. Although, since all the updates this specific inventory number could have changed too. So sorry Red. Let us know what happens.

I knew the old inventory had a limit lol I was the one that found out with the same problem I am having now. lol you think I would have learned. But with the new system having the items counted instead of each individual item, I of course had to check it out.
Well today I still have no furniture and again no one is answering me lol.
Hopefully they will figure it out and by then we will know the limit again lol.
Red to the rescue, I will find out limits to inventories lol. I may lose my stuff but everyone else can learn by my mistakes WOOT!!

I got lots of extras of normal stuff too. I only have one host prize rofl but I got extras of everything elses. So if you get the standard if we can not figure it out we will ignore you in hopes you go away spiel I am sure many on nobs will have a new house warming party for you :)

I guess they have hit the ignore button on me because I have written for help several times today and no response.

Dont give up. Maybe the developer who is likely to be able to solve it is gone this weekend (it is afterall a holiday). Try again each day.

Hang in there Red!
I am sure they can do something behind the scenes to deterimine your exact inventory.
However, they may be spending time trying to recreate the issue and prevent it from occuring with a "max inventory alert message"

ok, now I am really getting ticked off. the phone gives me a stupid message that it can't take messages, they will not answer my calls for help and an email to contact us has gotten me no where. glad to know how well they take care of their paying customers. It has been five days and nothing.

:bighug: Hugs red! The only thing I can think is they might be having problems figuring out what to do with the new inventory system. King and I both lost our inventories during the egg hunt. :shy: I even knew better, because I knew it had happened before. They had it fixed then in a day or two. Which makes me wonder if it is more difficult with the new system.
When are you sending your in game help messages? I find Vintage is usually the one who steps in to take care of these types of issues and it is usually easiest to find her in the evenings. Unfortunately, she has been ri=unning around the kingdom checking on scavenger hunt items like a crazy person these past few days. I think they are just over loaded. If you can make it until closing time, Vintage always closes on Main Street - maybe you can catch her then?
