Isn't this my luck. Cannot log in today :( Servers are too busy. Will keep trying......

I know, it's really frustrating. Keep trying I just finally made it in (been trying every few minutes since 7:30). Hope you do too! :thumb:

Hugs Pan, yes keep trying. I had that message today as well, but after trying over and over and over again it let me in. Good luck to you in the Host game!

I am inside and on the long long line for the teleporter game. I was 6 in line and then they reset it and I went to 312 in line!:(
Alot of server problems caused by the army clones.... blech!

Thanks all. I finally got in and received my pin and basket. Woot!! I kept continually clicking to log in and it finally worked.
Now to try to do the kids characters. Hugs :)

:bighug: Hugs everyone! Panda, I am so glad you finally got in. We also had to just keep refreshing or logging in over and over until we finally got in. I am half napping while waiting in line. :sleep:
So, if anyone is having trouble, just keep trying - it will eventualy let you log in.

ROFL. I just got a warning notice. Something like "WARNING: DUE TO TOO MANY UNSUCCESFUL LOGIN ATTEMPTS FROM THIS COMPUTER, STAFF WILL REVIEW YOUR ACCOUNT."
LOL!! Yeah...I hope they do that. :tongue3: Can't imagine why that message would come up... :hmm: It surely wouldn't be because their servers are overloaded... :notme:
Obviously, VFK is having..................................................issues......today. Hehe. Their servers are beginning to smoke, methinks. :sos:
Hang in there people. 3 things to remember: patience, persistence............and TONS of prayer ;) If you're stressing too much over it, turn the computer off and walk away. There is another game tonight. I don't believe these will be very rare since there are 4 winning teleporters out of 6. Harmony even shouted out the winning teleporters during one ride I was on! :amazed:
On a different note, the lines are absolutely CRAWLING now. I doubt that my people will get back in before the game closes (nosebleed seats for me now). Did I ever mention how much I HATE the teleporter game? :mad:

I still can not get in ,have not been able to do so all day and the next event will be a bit late for us over in the Uk.
Although all this easter stuff is nice ,why oh why have they had a quest, easter egg hunt, host event and a easter ball if servers are unable to cope.
I am just jealous of you all that have managed to get in really , not even managed to get credits or open my basket yet! :bm:

On a different note, I do feel everyone's pain. This is the worst I've seen VFK that I can think of. Seriously...it's been 7 hours now...and it's STILL difficult to log onto VFK! Unbelievable. Not bashing them...just saying that their resources are obviously strained WAY beyond capacity. Let's hope they learn from this and take the appropriate steps to prevent this type of thing from happening again in the future. -takes earplugs out since Pix stopped screaming...-

Well, Vintage admitted that she was hopping all around the office and accidently spilled her coffee on the servers... oopsie!!!
But, yes, I am stressed out to the MAXX! I have only done 2 quests and still have several people to log in.... sheesh!
And I was skipped in line from the Host game!!! Blech!

Stressed to the MAXX...yup. Right there with ya Pix. Better pass around the Pixie Port...we're gonna need it by the time this day is over! I have a few players within striking range of getting into the game again...and it's gonna be a nail-biter. :( I so need a vacation after this...

I think I can safely sum up today's VFK events in 1 word: FIASCO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My Mom actually couldn't get into the night game due to over 700 people in line so she didn't get her chair then and Fin also gave the answers to the winning teleporters as well. She even went a step furture and took away the start pieces for the losing ones, but that didn't stop one person from trying to get on them. :pdoh:

King just spoke to Vintage in game and all of you "Space Pirates" will be happy to hear what she had to say. This weekend, especially today, was their big "stress test" before Space Age. They now know how many more servers are needed. She said at most points in the day, they had over 100 people trying to log in per second! WOW!
King told her to take the new server number and multiply it by 4 because of all the displaced pirates out there. :lolg:
So, maybe some good news - Drink Up, me hearties, YoHo! :drinkingtoast:

Thanks for the update Princess and King. That is really great news that there was a reason behind the um interesting VFK easter day celebration. Woot Space Pirates! I was away for most of the day but had trouble logging in when I did try. I didn't even come close to seeing a host room. I was hoping they would leave the queues open like they sometimes do. Of course being over 700 in line it would have been like midnight before I got in lol. I think a host ride would have been a little more appropriate (faster=more getting in) instead of a teleporter ride game where you have to choose.
I guess we signed up to be stress testers ;) and at least they know now what needs to be worked on.
Thanks VFK for all the new items and work, and thanks VFK players for being patient. :)
