Toward the end of VMK, I had created a birthday room with a giant cake and goodies to host "Be Day" parties for friends. I decided to do the same on VFK and I have finally felt good enough to actually build it! If anyone wants to throw a birthday party or just a NoBS celebration, just let me know and we will open it up! I added a picture below:

We had a great birthday party for Flamanar tonight in an adorable room that Flamanette and the kids made. I was not able to get pictures, but I can tell you that there were 80's songs, lots of great food, and King passing gas on Vintage, Enigma, and Legend! :rofl1: Ah, some things never change...

Okay now we know the truth. You just spent several weeks stacking those legos! :yes!:
Hugs Princess!
On a serious note: It is good to see you are feeling well enough to build. Beautiful room. The cake looks super yummy. :icecream:

Very nice, looks sooo yummy! Glad to hear you're feeling better Princess!
Party room for Flame by Flamanette and kids was very cute as well! I wish I had been there longer, but alas, the freeze bug got me and I went poof. :waveb:
Then of all things hubby came home and wanted dinner :rofl1:

Wow Princess, that room is gorgeous! :2thunbs:
Sad to say I haven't played there in so long (other than quests), I don't even have a clue about what that cake is made of! (Thanks Happy for id'ing the walls as Legos!) :notme:

Ducky: Princess' cake is made out of one of the new party tables, in the Gift Shoppe. ;)
Princess, the room is so pretty! Awesome job! :bow2: I really love what you did with the entire room, and the cake is just amazing! Woot! :2thunbs:

Thanks Astro! :duck_ride:

Nicely done, Princess! :thumb:

WOW!!! It looks like I could really eat that cake! Awesome room Princess!
It was great to see you and King in game last night! I'm so glad you are feeling better! Hugs!

Wow, you are very talented Princess. The room looks great and the cake looks good enough to eat. Also, woot for the 80's songs. LOL, I love them! :2thunbs:
Is there a special way to get the banners to stick on the wall of legos or is it just cause a wall is behind it?

Hugs and thanks guys! It really is ready to be open for any Birthday parties. I wanted to have it ready by January and had been making the cake with Snow Cubes. Once those party tables came out, I had one of those "Aha" moments. The icing drops are balloons rotated a certain direction and the small icing drops are tea set sugar bowls placed in free mode. (Those were actually harder to do than the Legos) :lolg:
Krazy, the birthday signs are actually on top of two small Lego columns that I put right in front of the lego wall. They actually blend in so it looks like the signs are hanging. ;)
Now, we just need an excuse to party!

Oh wow, it is hard to notice it. Very nice work Princess, I thought maybe they were free floating. Kudos to you! :drinkingtoast:

that room is awesome! great job! :clap1:

That room is amazing, Wendy! Some people amaze me with their talent in building such amazing rooms.
On the topic of my birthday party, I do have over 40 pictures of it. LOL. I spent alot of time taking pics the hard way (printscreen, paste into Paint, save as..., etc.). I did miss the shot I really wanted the most, though: Enigma 'hissing'. Lol. My sides hurt so bad after that! Then King giving the hosts some 'parting gas'. OMG! :rofl1:
I could post some pics here or in another thread if people would like to see some. Don't know what the rules are about posting pics here, though (haven't had a chance to read the manual here yet... :waveb:)
Again, it was so awesome to see you and King there Wendy. It was also nice to meet so many new people, including Rosie. Thanks all for making my birthday so special. I will always treasure the memories. :grouphug2:

Flamanar
Only 2 rules have been made so far, as regards pics:
1. in the public sections, pictures must be "family" related, as many of us have kids that like to look over our shoulders, as well as guests. The private sections can have "racier" pics, but again, just remember there might be kids, although parents here do seem to handle it well.
2. width no more than 640 pixels, for those members still using smaller monitors.

Thanks Purpleduck for letting me know. I'll make a new thread with some pics. :) They are rated 'G'....for GAS. :rofl1: Sorry for getting off topic here.

Thanks Princess, I was wondering what the little icing drops were - sat here studying them and couldn't figure it out. Very nice room and the cake does look very yummy! :)
