Title: First Host Game! 10-11-08
Post by: PrincessWendyBird on October 11, 2008, 11:51 AM: There is a beta host game room open now on VFK. Host Harmony is running a game called Harm says. The prize is a purple pmpkin that will not be sold in stores. I took a picture of the room description and the purlple pumpkin prize. I have been unable to get in the room yet, but since I got in with the solo mode room full bug, I got a picture. Good luck to any who try to get in! I am hoping the new quest manager might mean Host quests will be coming soon. -crosses fingers and toes-

Here is the room. I notice new items besides the purple pumpkins: caution tape room dividers, tombstones, and small candlesticks...

Someone who was in the room posted that she proclaimed it will be the FIRST and LAST Harmony Says. :P Maybe Harmony needs a drink with friends after that... :drinkingtoast: Well, at least I got in to get a pic in single mode. The halloween shop on the Victorian Street is supposed to open sometime today. Hugs everyone - Happy Halloween!

Post by: Astro on October 11, 2008, 12:33 PM: Well from the looks of it, people again are fuming mad about not getting in. I think mostly because there was an in-game pop up message about the Host room just now closing, and that a new halloween shop would be opening.

So people that were not even aware that there was a Host game to begin with, it was especially brought to their attention. Also, the Host room hadn't been open in some time, since the pop-up. Ooopsie VMK. :lolg: I mean really since Princess posted, and I had signed on to check out the room - wasn't even 20 minutes. The room wasn't on the Popular Room list at that time at all.

I do declare that item possibly being the most rare in VFK huh? ;)

Boo.he about not getting in Princess. :hug: Hugs to Harmony and Staff, they are going to need them! :hug:

Post by: Krazy_Kim on October 12, 2008, 10:09 PM: I am a little ticked off :mad: because I checked the website during each day to see if anything new would be planned and this weekend I checked and nothing was listed about the Host event until I checked again before going to bed which by then VFK was almost closed already and there it was about the host game. If I had known ahead of time I would of stayed on to see the host game. That's my luck! No Purple Pumpkins for me! :cry:

Yep, a little upsetting that it was not posted in advance. By the time we all found out it was done. A friend of mine from VMK and now in vfk was disappointed about this. However, we both do Furcadia as well so she and I both can add that pumpkin to our VMK-Halloween Dreams there :)
