Title: 1/1/2008 New Year Pin, and "the remains"

Happy New Year all!

For logging in today, you receive the New Year 2008 pin  (http://img256.imageshack.us/img256/7034/002008lm8.jpg)

As for all those holiday items, all are gone, except the 3 Holiday Rooms are still there.
 :??: Did they forget?   Good news if you missed them or want more, and are quick! ;)

It looks like the Epcot ball on a stick.  Better than a jalapena on a stick.

Also, it is nontradeable.

it's kinda silly to take away the holiday stuff today, since it is still considered the holidays.... Just because the real stores are closed (well alot of them), they have to close the vmk store?... I wanted to get some last minute things.... oh well, i guess

becareful to check that you have the pin, i did not get my pin but have contacted them...we shall see.

I've had the same problem.  I got the message but when I checked my inventory it wasn't there

I too thought I would have at least today to get some more stuff since I was so busy yesterday, but I guess I just have to hope they have it next year (or end of this year :)).  I wonder why it couldn't stay out till Friday when they usually put new things out.  I wonder if that means some new stuff will come out tomorrow.

I got a reply from the black hole.  They have put my 2008 pin into my inventory  :yes!:

I too recieved my reply and my pin. not sure if it was because my letter to them was not a happy letter :mad: but the reply didn't say much but pin added - it was like here's your stinking pin...  :unsure:
reminded me of a Seinfeld episode where they had a dificult time getting to a party and when they got there they just handed then the gift and left.  The whole pin hand over thing seemed begrudging.
