When it comes to berries, the wonderful sweet strawberry rises to the top! Strawberries have been eaten for millennia as not only a treat, but for health reasons. They have been prescribed for their medicinal properties and used for their fragrance. Many of the compounds found in the fruit, leaves and plant, have known medicinal benefits! On today's quest, let's get a basket and go strawberry picking!
