May is National Barbeque Month! Everyone in the barbequing community agrees that barbeque is amazing food, but that is where the agreement ends! Barbequers are passionate about barbeque and have disparate opinions about every other aspect of the cuisine. They disagree on the best meat to use, the best kind of seasonings, and even the best method of cooking barbeque. They can't even come to agreement on the spelling of the culinary treat. So whether you spell it BBQ, barbecue, or barbeque, it all means excellent eating! On today's quest, let's explore the history of barbequing!
