VFK Palm Tree Quest 2016!

Since ancient times, people have used palm trees for many things. They are not only beautiful, but incredibly productive plants. Palm trees are the source of many products which are used in industry and in the home. These ancient trees also have had religious meanings through history. Many churches worldwide distribute fresh palm leaves to their congregation as part of their religious celebrations of Palm Sunday. If giving out palm leaves is not possible, other traditions are observed. For today's quest, let's look at the wonderful and exotic Palm Tree!
