VFK Palm Tree Quest 2015!

Palm trees are ancient and incredibly productive trees. They are not only beautiful, but produce an amazing array of goods that people use every day in both home and industry. In addition, the simple palm has had significant religious meaning throughout the history of mankind. Today, many churches around the world will give out fresh palm leaves to church goers to celebrate Palm Sunday. Sometimes, distributing palm fronds is impractical and in such cases, other traditions have been observed. On today's quest, let's look at the exotic and symbolic Palm tree!

Oooh, this might be my favorite palm tree yet! I love how the bird flies out of it.
