Title: Staff have had Balloon Twisting classes -get a balloon (2-3 days before deflate)

per newsletter 3/18/15

not typing it all but basically:

Staff have had Balloon Twisting classes to make animal shapes.
so if you run into a staff, ask them to twist a special Balloon Creation.

Balloon Creations last for 2 or 3 days before they deflate.
Until then they can be carried around, placed in your room & kept in your inventory.

Only SOME staff can twist certain balloons so don't forget to check their signature for the Balloon Creations they can make.

Staff is handing out balloon animals, either cats or dogs, in any colour you choose.  Here is a pic of the purple kitty.  The balloons are NOT tradable.   I wish they were, cause I had got this won for someone special.  Oh you can put them down in rooms.  But they will disappear in few days.

  Balloons can be made into:  cats or dogs as Silver said.
   Also per Newsletter: alligators, elephants, flower
