per pop up in game 2/1/14:
The final step of the Epic Quest for Frost Fairy is now available under the Epic Quest Tab of the Quest Manager!
Just click the Epic Quest for Frost Fairy to begin the final step!

A few notes on my experience since I earned the enchantment:
- If you double click the enchantment on your lanyard, you do not automatically become a Frost Fairy. I got the following message: Frost Fairy Wings! To enable your Frost Fairy Enchantment, you must first be wearing your Frost Fairy wings and your Frost Fairy top!
- You cannot change into your Frost Fairy wings and top without first becoming a fairy, to be able to get the fairy closet.
- There IS Frost Fairy Hair (girl-bright blue/boy-spiky white), Pants (boy) and Gauntlets (girl) (along with the Top and Wings - wings are found under the Crystals tab), but, you do not have to wear those to use the Frost Fairy enchantment.
- Clicking the enchantment, after changing outfit, will give you the status buttons at bottom of screen, same as those of a Wizard.
Side note: You DO NOT fly faster than a regular fairy, despite their claim otherwise. :(

I like the icicles on the boy fairy! While I like the girl's wings - I wish they had done icicles on her like the boy.
