Anybody else excited about this new standalone and/or online game from Disney? (Only for Wii for now)
It's now out for pre-ordering, due out November 30th.
My son and I are both so anxious to play this, and it is such a hot item, I figure it will be a hot Christmas item. So I took the opportunity to pre-order it. Don't want to have to fight for it. (I think this will be a Santa gift to the family ;) )
Can't wait to try it online with friends!

hadn't even heard of this! will have to see what goes with it. we dont have a wii though

This link is for the beginning of the story. At the end is where you take over Mickey and the magic brush and begin imagining! You can also take it online and play/imagine with friends!

Oh my gosh, our kids (and King and I) are really excited about this one! Usually, Disney games for the game systems are not very well done, but this one seems to live up to its title, "Epic"! If you have a Wii and have internet access with it, there are a few "behind the scenes" sneak peaks with the creators there to view. I think you can just download "The Nintendo Channel" for free and see them there. The story behind this game seems to be very Disney-like, a good back-story with heart! I bet Santa has also pre-ordered this one!

Planning on getting this for princess. Although Mickey looks kind of mean. She doesn't like the villians at all so hoping
he's not too scary.
She is bummed they are not going to have a computer version of it.
She can't physically use any of the game system controllers so guess who is going to have to do it???
Some of the disney computer games are with the arrow keys or keyboard so sometimes the computer version isn't accessible for her either.
The graphics look great and wasteland shows some ride images from disneyland.
There are several youtube videos out about it too.

Congrats Kasiks! We got it on Christmas. Course son is playing it so much, I think Mickey will be too tired to play when I get a chance LOL

Santa brought this to our house with a hard cover collector's edition game guide. The kids have both tried it out and started already. We have extra SD cards so that we can all have our own sets of files. (Only 3 game files come built in with the game, as in most games) The kids are at grandma's for a few nights, so King and I have to wait to play for ourselves. It looks really cool and I love that the outcomes in the game differ depending on how you choose to interact with the world.
This game is AWESOME!!! :2thunbs: :clapping: :bow2: :msmile:

We are having fun with the game too. We just wish there was a little less of the jumping puzzles. But I don't know what else they would put in place of them. lol

Santa brought this for princess but we haven't tried it out yet since she hasn't been feeling very good. Thought it might cheer her up but she really just wants VMK back!!! I have to do the wii for her since there are no accessible switches/controllers she can use for the wii. She can only watch and give me directions. She gets mad if I don't do what she says either. LOL!

Yup good ol' jumping puzzles... The Gremlins help you alot but yes jumping puzzles. lol

Fee Bought me Epic Mickey as an early christmas gift a week before, I have loved where I've gotten up to so far apart from how dark it is on our tv, So I took to playing it in the dark lol.

We've been using this walk through. Sometimes though I could see how seeing it on youtube could help alot too!
