Noticed another server besides Quark today -- Swatch. I wonder if they will make a way for us to choose which server to be on...and does the server matter? I haven't yet looked to see if ppl on different servers can see each other. :hmmmm:

Speaking of servers, I think Disney no longer has the "fairy population" in PH. Middle of the night last night I got on to gather those new items in peace, only to find Disney must have drastically cut back. 18 servers read Full, about 10 said crowded, the rest were "ideal". Only 2 said "quiet"!! No more easy road of it there.

They must want us to think they have so many ppl on, all the time. Nice try Disney!

It depends on how it is set up. VFK, for example, has their servers set up so that if 1 goes down, another picks up so we don't DC. Games like WoW and PotC, however, use servers in a way such that you must be on the same server as someone else in order to "see" them. For example, if you are on 1 server and I am in another, we can both be in the exact same room and we will not see one another, cannot communicate, and cannot interact at all. It's as if we do not exist to the other.
