It was around during beta but only staff had it. After beta it was given out by staff to a few players. Then during Quest Month, they released a few more as prizes in staff quests. Beta or not?

:idea: Um Bright, thank you for keeping us update cause I never knew about this stuff before, but isn't the second picture wrong here? Shouldn't it be a teacup seat and not the flying saucer seat again?

No prob Bright! :) Also I wanted to add that I went to someones room today and they had purple carpet on their floor. Is the purple carpet rare too cause I have never seen it before. Thanks!

Great List Bright! I provided my comments with regards to the couches up top.
Also, with the beta items that you state were part of a quest, you may want to clarify that they were in Host Quest (in Room) with limited quantities available. When I first read it, I was like dang what quest did I miss, then realized it was a Phinny quest which reality is I placed so well I received a dumbo pin I already had.

The discussion around the Rocketship couches is more about whether we should consider them Beta or not. Some people say they were around during beta days and sold for a little while after the beta period ended and so they shouldn't be considered beta. Others say because they were around during beta (even though they were still sold after the launch date) they should be considered beta items.
