In the Halloween Shop they have a new members specials tab listed. I guess that is where the witch hat is that I see people wearing. I wonder if you can trade it to non members.

I am going to try to post pictures when I get a chance. It looks like only the one member account can shop on this tab. Family members can not see the items or purchase them. We tried trading the items. They were tradeable to people who are a member of a family, but I could not trade to someone who was not a member or family member. So it would seem you have to be a member account or family member to be able to trade the items. :waveb:

Yes, only Members can buy. We will see the Members Specials Tab ~ but it will be blank and nothing in it. We only are able to purchase and see a Skeleton White costume.
Family Members of the account from what Princess is saying, will not see anything on the Members Specials Tab either. But, they can have these items traded to them. They cannot be traded to non-members, or those not a part of the account (or family).

OK, here are the images of the items from the members only tab. I was hoping to post more details but I woke up with a bad headache today. Hopefully by tonight I will be able to post more detailed pics. King and I are hoping to try to gift members costumes to friends here on NoBS, unfortunately you have to belong to a family for the trade to happen. I will post more on that later also. But for now...

is it only for the people that paid or for the people in our family. Try to use hubby's character and it would not show it. Does not seem right if membership was for family?

The problem here is that a lot of members shared credits with family members so that everyone could purchase things. I have seen many discussions with staff requesting VFK think about how this works.

Yes I am not happy about the first member only. I do have other family members like little Luke and his grandmother. I bought the membership really for him since VMK closed. I did it so they could chat after hours and also get the extra stuff members do. So far they have only got the founders stuff and the the daily credits . I did purchase all the boys stuff for him. But I think this is not good. That places the burden on me to make sure they have the nice stuff. They would never ever ask me for this they are so nice. But I do not want to let down a little boy down. I know we can work something out with trades of other stuff but it should not be that way. I was under the understanding when I signed up all members would get the same opportunity. Again not happy with VFK. guess this forces the founding head member to keep playing for the rest of their family.
Ok correcting this. It made no sense after writing it in my sleep last night. I really enjoy helping Luke that is what makes VFK fun for me. But what I am trying to say is by making the head of family responsible for all the others makes it harder for them. Since I am the poorest member of the family rofl. So I will continue to help Luke and his grand but I think VFK needs to look at this.
Now if we could trade credits like VMK problem solved can not see that happening for a very very long time.

Someone in the haunted house just announced that anyone could buy the members specials now. I went in there on my secondary character and though I didn't actually buy anything, I did get to the point where it asked if I was sure I wanted to buy xxxxx item. So it appears to be true. Not sure how long the stuff will stay in there though, so go get it soon!

I hope this is true because I wanted to join a family plan with someone, but if I did I think it would be terrible to have them buy me the stuff every time something comes out. I mean its nice and all for a person to get a gift once in a while, but I don't want to take advantage of this person. That would really stink! :uhuh2:

Arg, now its going to make me look like a greedy pig. >:[ I don't think this is right cause now the main member, has to use their money that they saved up, on everyone else. They will go broke in no time. :wtf?:

It makes me remember the time VMK made everyone buy their tapes/cds for Inferno Magic then when they got our money they closed. How wrong is that? :mad:
