Title: SW hates me I think, lol

I forgot my password to SW, so sent request to them. Received email with new password, however when I open the link I get a blank white screen. Tried clearing cache, cookies, etc and still nothing.  Before I always had lag there; now I can't even enter.....I sent email to them of this problem, hopefully I will get an "uncanned" response back sometime.  So til then bye bye SW...

I know I had lots of problems when SW did their first conversion back in September I think it was.  I would freeze up in rooms, rooms wouldn't load, avatars wouldn't load, couldn't log in, etc. 

I did have to add more memory to my computer, before anything for SW ran correctly for me.  That game is a huge memory hog, just speaking from personal experience.

Hi There:
They did have some issues before where the email verification message was not reaching players.  This issue is discussed in their technical issue subforum.  There was a work around posted.   When I had that issue, although unable to sign in to the game, I was able to login far enough to post in the forums.  If possible also try making a thread in the Tech Issue Subforum.  It may get you a quicker response. 

The most recent blog (from yesterday) explains that the Dec 1.0 release includes changes for better game play particularly for those with older pcs.
