Thanks for post Astro.

Has anyone figured out if the packages are good price? I've not compared them yet.

Well, the one showing in the photo is. Turn pieces cost 250, so individually they cost me 1500 for 6, and the package costs 1200. That is what i get for getting excited and starting building my ride so soon, teach me to wait next time.

Yes you do get a bit of a price break, when you buy a package -- as opposed to buying specific pieces separately.

Examples:

Straight Piece Pack 1,200 credits (8 pc.)  vs.  Straight Pieces individually 200 credits each (saves 400 total credits buying the pack)

Uphill Pack & Downhill 1,200 credits (4 pc.)  vs.  Uphill & Downhill individually 400 credits each  (saves 400 credits total again buying the pack)

I'm assuming there is some type of savings with the Beginners Packs too.  Note:  The Beginner Pack 2, comes with the Teleporter too (that's 750 credits right there just for that piece).   ;)

EDIT:  Awww Golden.  :(  I know how you feel.  I was constantly buying new things in VMK, only to find out they were then featured in the next Quest for free.

I'll try to do a comparison below:

Ride Turns:250 credits each - 6 total = 1500 credits
Corner Pack Piece (w/6 corners) = 1200 credits *Best Value

Straight Ride Pieces:200 credits each - 8 total = 1600 credits
Straight Piece Pack (w/ 8 pieces) = 1200 credits *Best Value

Uphill Pieces:400 credits each - 4 total = 1600 credits
Uphill Piece Pack (w/ 4 pieces) = 1200 credits *Best Value

Downhill Pieces:400 credits each - 4 total = 1600 credits
Downhill Piece Pack (w/ 4 pieces) = 1200 credits *Best Value

1 Start, 4 Corners, 4 Straight - total = 2100 credits
Spring Ride Beginner Pack 1 = 1400 credits *Best Value

1 Start, 2 Corners, 4 Straight, 1 Teleporter Set - total = 2350
Spring Ride Beginner Pack 2 = 1600 credits *Best Value

-signed, Wish I had waited also... :lolg:

I notice two of those packages come with a start piece... wonder which color(s)?

Wonder if they might be the blue and "that other one" that were not put on sale earlier in the week?

Aww, thanks Astro!  I wish it had been the blue, but at least then I know for tomorrow's ride-a-thon, I can skip the green queue  :thumb:

I was just wondering if any of you have any tips for putting the ride together. :hmmmm:   I've been at it for over an hour and can't seem to connect them right.  Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Edit:  Never mind I found it on another thread.  Must have overlooked it.
